The Moksha Method Event

The Moksha Method is a healing movement journey to let go of what’s weighing you down and come back home to yourself. Through intention, gentle guidance, and free-flow expression, you’ll release old energy and open space for clarity, lightness, and alignment with who you really are.

In short it’s a blend of subconscious healing, inner child work and somatic release through dance.
